Got a Wii

Well I got a Wii. Not a PS3 a Wii. Although I really looked forward to getting a PS3 I would have had to camp out 3 days prior to launch. So I saved a couple bucks and a couple hours and got a Wii. I am very happy with my purchase. This blog will probably not be updated anymore but with death comes life. I will be starting a new Wii blog so check it out see ya!

I Played The PS3

I played the PS3 at a local Target. It was so awesome! There were two demos; a Motorstorm demo that rocked and a NBA 07 demo that I didn't play. Unfortunately there was block on most of the features. The one thing that I was very happy with was the Six-Axis controller. It feels perfect. The shoulder buttons are comfy, the motion sensors are quick and easy. This was all very reassuring that I am going to be getting a PS3. Another thing was that the XMB or cross-media bar was very sleek and easy to use. I hope that you have the chance to see the PS3 before launch. Happy Hunting!

Unfortunately it didn't look like this!

PS3 Unwrapped!

Over at IGN UK they received a prototype of the PlayStation3 and here are some pics. The package also comes with (as seen in pictures) many blu-ray game discs. Here is exactly what they said.

"Just over a week ago Sony brought a prototype PlayStation 3 by IGN UK's offices in London so we could drool over the machine and play around with the latest version of MotorStorm."

"Now we've gone one further by getting our grubby mitts on a boxed prototype PS3 and we're going to let you watch as we undress the big beauty. Enough of the chat and let the hardware porn begin."

PlayStation 3's Un-Rumblin' controller

Another flaw in the PlayStation3's design is the controller. What I've heard (mostly from ign.com) the controller feels cheap in your hands and doesn't seem to match up to the ps3. Also the controller lacks rumble! I don't understand why they can't just turn the motion sensors off and on when needed.

Very Sleek

PlayStation 3

I have decided to get a PlayStation3 about two months ago. I sold my Xbox 360 in order to help pay for it but I think it is worth it. It way more powerful and it can do so much with this power. It can browse the Internet at a good speed. I have always been a fan of the Japanese games that are often made for the PlayStation's. I personally don't enjoy the series that most people enjoy that are exclusive to Sony's systems like metal gear, final fantasy, and many others. I like how so many new games come from Japan and take these games the whole nine yards. Another reason I decided to sell my Xbox 360 was because of the Blu-Ray functionality that the PlayStation3 includes. Since I do have a beautiful HD T.V. I want to take that as far as I can. Also the motion sensing controllers are a great feature on the PlayStation3. I hope that these facts have helped you in some way.
